Moderation Procedures

Moderation plays a fairly large part at Carbon

Mute

Muting a member can be done by Trainee and above, this is to silence members of the community who are trolling or something along the lines of.

Unmute

Unmuting a member can also be done by Trainee and above. This revokes the action mentioned above.

Kick

Kicking a member removes them from the server. This can be done by Moderator and above. This is used at the discretion of the staff member whilst also sticking to laws of common sense.

Ban

Banning a member removes them from the server and stops them from joining back. This can also be done by Moderator and above. Banning is at the discretion of the staff member but as per above, the laws of common sense apply. Usually, this is for advertisement, sexual content or something along these lines.

Warn

Warns a member. This can be done by Trainee and above. Issue warnings when there are people breaking minor rules before extending the punishement to a mute or ban.

Unban

Unbanning a member revokes the action mentioned above and can only be done by Administrators and above.

Massmute

Massmuting can be done by Administrators and above. It used to mute multiple people at the same time.

Massban

Massbanning can be done by Administrators and above. It used to ban multiple people at the same time.

Massunban

Massunbanning can be done by Administrators and above. It used to unban multiple people at the same time.
